Caramel sauce is very easy to make at hop with only few ingredients. This sauce can be use as topping on many items like ice cream, desserts, pancakes, waffles and many more sweet items. Here’s is the easiest recipe of home made caramel sauce:
INGREDIENTS:
- Half cup of heavy cream.
- 1 cup of granulated sugar.
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
- 2 tablespoon of butter (unsalted).
- Pinch of salt.

- Preparations:
Take a pan and add sugar into the pan and put it on a medium flame. Then stir the sugar consistently to make sure to not burn the sugar, we only need to turn the sugar melt and get a amber color.
- Butter:
Then the second step is to add butter in a melted sugar, stir the mixture to make sure the butter is melted and bubble up.
- Add cream and vanilla:
Add heavy cream into the sugar and butter mixture, stir continuously until the cream mixed well and we get creamy texture. Then add salt and vanilla drops and again stir to mix it well for 1-2 minutes.
- Store:
Let caramel syrup cool, then transfer into the glass jar and place into the refrigerator for 2 weeks. It will thicken as it cools.
