Home made peanut butter is the best to have in breakfast or any time whenever needs to change the mood. Its the healthiest option, peanut butter is everyone’s favorite. Here’s the easiest recipe of home made peanut butter:
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of peanut butter (roasted and unsalted).
- 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar.
- 1 tablespoon oil.
- Pinch of salt.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Roast the peanuts:
If peanuts are raw then take a pan and roast them on a low flame until it get a light brown color and fragrant. If you have oven then roast them 10 minutes on 175C, then let them cool.
- Blending:
Add roasted peanuts into the blender and blend them, scrap down the sides 1 to 2 times when needed. Firstly peanuts turns into crumbly texture then they will turn into the creamy thick paste.
- Consistency:
If you like crunchy mixture then leave the texture in early stage but if you like creamy and smooth peanut butter then add 1 tablespoon of oil and blend again until smooth texture.
- Sweet and Salt:
Add sugar or honey to give a sweet flavor then add pinch of salt for twist, blend again.
- Store:
Shift the peanut butter mixture into the jar and store it in a cool place to save and store it for several weeks.
