Whipped cream is everyone’s favorite specially children’s. Whipped cream is very easy to make at home with only 3 ingredients, here’s the simple and easy recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoon of fine powdered sugar.
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
- 1 cup heavy cold cream.

- Equipment’s:
Place your equipment’s in the freezer for good results like whisk, bowl or spatula for 10 minutes.
- Prep the cream:
Add the chilled heavy cream into the cold bowl and whisk it or you can use hand beater, beat the cream from low speed to medium and then medium to high speed.
- Add sugar:
Now add powdered sugar when the cream begins thick and vanilla extract. Beat continuously until stiff form. Timing depends on the equipment either its hand mixer or electric mixer. Electric mixer need only 4-5 minutes.
- Texture:
Make sure to not whip that much because it will turn into a butter so moderation is necessary. When cream turns into thick consistency and hold the shape its done.
- Serve:
You can store for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator, or can serve immediately.
