Dragon smoothie is very refreshing drink. This vibrant smoothie is heavenly tasty, its very easy to make at home. You can choose dragon fruit either pink or yellow according to preference. Here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 dragon fruit
- Half cup of milk
- Half banana (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Few drops of lemon juice
- Mint leaves
- Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preparations:
If you are using fresh dragon fruit then peel and cut the fruit into small pieces or chunks. Peel and cut the banana into slices.
- Blending:
Add dragon fruit, banana, milk, honey, 2-3 mint leaves, few lemon drops and ice cubes into the blender. Now blend them until creamy and smooth texture appears.
- Adjust the consistency:
Adjust the sweetness by adding more. You can also adjust the thickness by adding more banana for more creamy texture.
- Pour and garnish:
Pour the dragon smoothie into the glass and garnish with dragon fruit chunks and mint leaves.
- Serve and enjoy:
Serve this delicious dragon smoothie with more ice cubes and enjoy in hot weather. You can skip the ice cubes if having it in normal weather.
