INGREDIENTS:
- 1-2 cup of yogurt
- Half tablespoon of crushed ginger
- 1 tablespoon of crushed mint leaves
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar
- Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preparations:
Wash the ginger and mint leaves. Now grate the ginger.
- Blending:
Add ginger, mint leaves, honey, ice cubes yogurt and cold water to blend the well.
- Adjust the consistency:
You can adjust the consistency by adding more yogurt to make it more thicker or by adding more water to make it thinner. Adjust the sweetness also.
- Pour and serve:
Pour the delicious ginger mint lassi into the glasses and garnish with mint leaves, your healthy drink is ready enjoy it.
