Mangoes are everyone’s favorite fruit, it sometimes give sweet and tangy taste together. Mango Lassi is very unique and simple recipe, its very quick to make. Only few ingredients needed to make this delicious drink:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of peeled and chopped mangoes.
- Half cup milk.
- Half cup yogurt.
- 1 or 2 tablespoon honey.
- Mint leaves (optional).
- Ice cubes (optional).
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preparations:
Peel and chopped the mango for about one cup or you can take frozen mangoes as well.
- Blending:
Now add mango, milk, yogurt, ice cubes and honey into the blender, blend the ingredients until rich creamy and frothy texture.
- Adjust Consistency:
You can adjust the consistency by adding more mango and yogurt to make it more thick, or can add little water or milk to make it little runny or thinner texture.
- Garnish and serve:
Pour the drink into the glasses and garnish with extra mango chunks and mint leaves, you can also sprinkle cardamom powder (optional).
