Matcha Protein Shake

Matcha Protein Shake is very amazing drink for health conscious because this drink is full energy boosters. Its very easy to make this healthy drink at home. Here are the ingredients for recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tablespoon of matcha powder.
  • Half banana.
  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder.
  • 1 cup milk (almond, oat or coconut).
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut or almond butter.
  • 1 table spoon of honey.
  • Ice cubes (optional).

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add ingredients and blend:

Add all the ingredients, milk, banana, matcha and protein powder, almond butter and honey into the blender to mix them well. Blend them on high speed for creamy texture.

  • Adjustments:

Taste the shake and add more honey if you want more sweetness. You can also adjust the consistency.

  • Pour and Serve:

Now pour this amazing matcha drink into the glasses and serve immediately.
