Sake mojito is traditional drink. Sake is Japanese beverage that is made from fermented rice. We can also call it “Rice wine”. Sake mojito is very easy to make with only few ingredients. Here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tablespoon of sake
- 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 5-8 mint leaves
- 1 table spoon of sweet syrup
- 1 cup of soda water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves and lemon slices for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mixing:
Take a glass an add lemon juice and mint leaves, muddle them gently to get good and strong flavor of mint leaves. Then mix sweet syrup and sake in a separate glass to mix them well.
- Fill:
Now combine the sweet syrup with sake into the lemon and mint leaves. Add ice cubes and pour soda water on top.
- Garnish and serve:
Garnish the glass with mint leaves and lemon slices, add more ice cubes if desired, now sake mojito is ready, serve and enjoy.
