Sweet Lassi is a traditional drink in Asia. This popular drink work as a booster in morning. Its very easy to make at home with few items only, here are the ingredients:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1-2 cups of plain yogurt.
- Half cup of water (you can use milk also).
- Pinch of cardamom powder.
- 2 tablespoon of sugar (or according to taste).
- Ice cubes.
- Pistachio or almond chunks (optional).
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Blend:
Add yogurt, water, sugar, ice cubes and cardamom powder in a blender and blend until smooth texture.
- Adjustments:
Now taste the Lassi and do adjustments if needed like sweetness and consistency, by adding more sugar and yogurt.
- Serve and Enjoy:
Pour the Lassi into the glasses and garnish with cardamom powder or pistachio chunks, enjoy the delicious and refreshing drink.
