INGREDIENTS:
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 cucumber
- 1 carrot
- 1 lemon
- Half green bell pepper
- 5-8 leaves of spinach
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1-2 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preparations:
Wash the vegetables and prepare them. Cut the cucumber, celery and bell pepper into small pieces. Peel and cut the carrot. Squeeze the lemon and cut the spinach and ginger.
- Blending:
Add all the vegetables, cucumber, celery, carrots, spinach, ginger and lemon juice into the blender. Add 1-2 cup of water to make it easy to blend every thing nicely.
- Consistency:
Adjust the consistency, blend more if you want more smoother texture. You can add coconut water or simple water according to your choice. Add more or less water for desired consistency.
- Pour and serve:
Pour the diabetic vegetable juice into the glasses and serve this healthy and amazing juice.
