Carrot Orange Juice is delicious, refreshing and nutrients drink. Its a great combo of sweetness and tanginess, this drink is amazing pack of vitamins and beta-carotene. Its best in summer and winter season. It give healthy skin and prevent from dehydration.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oranges (peeled and remove seeds).
- 2 carrots.
- 1 cup water (optional).
- Sugar (optional).
- Ice cubes (according to season).
- 2,3 Mint leaves.
- Lemon drops (optional).
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preparations:
Peel and cut the carrots into small pieces. Then peel the oranges ang make sure to remove the seeds.
- Blender:
If you have juicer well and good but if you are using blender then add oranges, carrots, water , mint leaves and sugar into the blender. Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Strain:
If you like juice pulp then pour the juice into the glasses, but if you don’t like then strain the juice and remove pulp.
- Serve:
Now pour into the glasses and enjoy the juice.
PROTIPS:
- Always taste the fruits first, either its more sweet or less. Then you can add the sugar and maintain the sweetness level.
- Wash the fruits very well to remove the dust and germs.
- Always cut the fruits when you need it, freshly cut and use immediately.
