Lavender lemonade is refreshing and very easy to make drink. This drink worked as magic in hot weather. Lavender lemonade can be made with few ingredients, here’s the recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tablespoon of dried lavender
- 5 lemons
- 2-3 cup water or soda
- 2-3 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 cup extra water
- Ice cubes
- Lavender springs and lemon slices (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preparations:
Take a pan and add water to warm up on stove, then stop the stove and add dried lavender stems and cover the pan. Rest them for about 10 mints to get simmer. When it steep strain the lavender infusion in a separate bowl.
- Mixing:
Add lemon juice of 5 lemons and sugar into a separate bowl and dissolve them with the help of water to create a nice syrup.
- Combine:
Add lemon-sugar syrup into the lavender infusion and mix it well the add water or soda according to your choice. Mix them well.
- Garnish and serve:
You can add ice cubes into the lavender lemonade, garnish with the lemon slices and lavender springs. Now serve and enjoy.
