- 2 oranges
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Half cup coconut water
- Ice cubes

Peel the oranges and remove the seeds, cut the pineapple into small pieces if using fresh one, you can also use canned pineapple.
- Blending:
Add pineapple, oranges, coconut water, honey and ice cubes into the blender and blend them very well until the desired texture.
