Chamomile Tea

Chamomile Tea is very easy to make, this tea will relax your mind and body and give a calm effect. You can take this tea after having a food. Here’s the simple and basic recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

  • Take dried chamomile flower 1-2 tablespoons or 1 chamomile tea bag.
  • Honey and lemon.
  • 1 cup of hot water.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Boil one cup of water and add dried chamomile flower or chamomile tea bag into the hot water.
  • Let it steep for 10 minutes (depending on the preference how much strong you want).
  • If you use dried flowers then strain your tea into the cup.
  • If you want extra flavor then add honey or lemon (or both) for more flavors.

It may help to lower blood sugar level which is helpful in diabetic type 2 patients, more research needed.

Chamomile tea is safe for everyone but it may interact with some medications so always consult healthcare first then take it.
