Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate is a happy treat in winter for everyone. It helps to warm up the blood and mood. Every age of group can have it. Children likes chocolate so they would love this easiest recipe. Enjoy the winter with this amazing and quick recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of milk (almond or oat milk).
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon sugar (according to taste).
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened).
  • Few drops of vanilla extract.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Whipped cream (optional).
  • Crushed chocolate for creaminess. 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Take a bowl to mix dry ingredients. Add cocoa powder, salt and sugar to mix them well.
  • Now add few drops of milk to make a smooth paste.
  • Gradually add leftover milk to make it smooth. Pour all the paste into a saucepan and stir very well.
  • Heat the mixture on a very low flame, make sure to not boil the mixture just make it hot.
  • Add vanilla drops and crushed chocolate.
  • Pour this amazing hot chocolate into mug.
  • Now garnish with whipped cream on top, cozy mug is ready.

Always choose high quality products, never compromise of health. Good quality cocoa mix very well and give rich taste.

  • Different Milks:

Different milks give different taste like oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk. Non dairy milk give unique taste and flavor.

  • Aromatic flavors:

By adding cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract we can get more aromatic flavors.

  • Good quality chocolate:

Quality matters a lot, good quality chocolate will give good flavor and rich texture. selection of chocolate is depending on choice either dark chocolate or milk chocolate. Addition of chocolate make drink more creamier and indulgent.

  • Sweeten to taste:

You can customize the sweetness level by adding sugar, honey or any other syrups. Always pour little quantity to adjust the sweetness level.
