Irish Coffee Recipe

Irish Coffee is warming and classic coffee that is made up with coffee, Irish whiskey, cream and sugar. This is very famous coffee specially in the winter season. Its very easy to make, here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of hot coffee (freshly brewed).
  • 1 to 2 tablespoon of brown sugar.
  • 40ml of Irish whiskey.
  • Whipped cream.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preparations:

Always use freshly, strong and hot brewed coffee for amazing taste.

  • Mixing:

Pour hot coffee into the mug and add Irish whiskey into the coffee, then add brown sugar and mix well until sugar dissolved (Always use heat resistant glass or mug).

  • Topping:

For Irish coffee, slightly whipped cream use, that float on top easily. After whipping the cream pour on the top of the coffee with light hand by the back of a spoon.

  • Serve:

When you add cream on top don’t mix the coffee, let the cream float on top, then enjoy the Irish coffee while its still hot.

  • Garnishing (optional):

You can add cocoa powder on top or grated chocolate or chocolate syrup for extra taste. Who don’t like brown sugar can add white sugar but Irish coffee is stick to brown sugar for rich taste.

  • Enjoy:

This Irish coffee is best in cold days for warming yourself so make it and enjoy this amazing Irish coffee.
