INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lemon (cut into pieces).
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
- 1 slice of fresh ginger
- 2 cup of water.

- Preparations:
Cut the lemon into pieces and peel the ginger, then cut the ginger into thin slices
- Boil and add ginger:
Take a small saucepan and add 2 cups of water to boil it once it get started boiling the add sliced ginger and let water simmer. It will take 10 minutes, more time to get simmer means more strong flavor.
- Add lemon:
After ginger then add lemon slice to also get simmer for 2-3 minutes. For sweetness you can add sugar or honey (optional) and let the honey dissolve very well.
- Serve:
Strain the tea into your cup and discard the lemon and ginger slices, serve hot lemon ginger tea and enjoy.
